A cartoon depicting Prophet Muhammad as a dog, published in a local Swedish newspaper in August, did not constitute incitement to racial hatred, Sweden's justice chancellor ruled on Thursday.

Three Swedish Muslim organizations had asked Justice Chancellor Göran Lambertz - the only official in Sweden entitled to indict in cases concerning freedom of the press - to press charges of incitement to racial hatred against the newspaper Nerikes Allehanda and its editor-in-chief Ulf Johansson.

The paper published the cartoon to illustrate a leader on the importance of freedom of speech.

Lambertz noted that for the charge to stick, it needed to be proven that "contempt" was expressed.

"Neither the leader nor the sketch, which has a satirical tone, expresses contempt against any ethnic group," he said in a statement.

"While many practicing Muslims may perceive primarily the cartoon as offensive, neither the content of the article nor the cartoon can be considered as crossing the line of what is permissible within the freedom of the press," he said.

"The justice chancellor will therefore not pursue the matter."

Vilks will still need police protection though.

A Swedish doctor who was fired from his job in Norway for using a controversial 'anal massage' technique to cure various kinds of pain has resurfaced in Denmark where he has been working at a psychiatric ward in a Copenhagen hospital.

Danish authorities said they were not aware that they had been dealing with 'Doctor Anal', as he has been referred to in the Danish press.

Several years ago, the man was warned by Sweden's Medical Responsibility Board (HSAN) on at least three occasions, after treating an elderly woman's headaches and back pain with his method. At the time he was working in the Stockholm area.

The Norwegian counterpart to HSAN also had cause to warn the man after he told Swedish jokes to a group of Norwegians who were mourning a death.

The man said at the time that he considered himself misunderstood.

"I have a personality disorder, or rather a syndrome, a form of Aspergers. Just like Bill Gates or Einstein, for example," he told Aftonbladet.

"I have made it impossible for myself within the healthcare sector because I behave childishly sometimes. I am different, but cleverer."

Muslim group behind ‘mega-mosque’ seeks to convert all Britain

A Muslim group that wants to open a giant £100 million mosque in London has set its sights on “winning the whole of Britain to Islam”.

Tablighi Jamaat aims to build an Islamic complex near to the site of the 2012 Olympic stadium, with a mosque for 12,000 people, by far the largest religious building in Britain.

Irfan al Alawi, international director of the Centre for Islamic Pluralism, says the missionary work of Tablighi Jamaat acts as “a recruitment agency for jihad” in Afghanistan, the occupied territories and Iraq. “They go around deprived areas of British towns and cities, knocking on doors and urging young Muslims to come to their gatherings,” he said.

“The mega-mosque complex would become a flagship for Tablighi Jamaat’s mission to indoctrinate Muslims with a hatred of the West and the kuffar [non-Mulims].”

Tabligh Jamaat is expected to submit a formal planning application for the West Ham mosque before the end of the year.

Riyadh ul Haq, who supports armed jihad and preaches contempt for Jews, Christians and Hindus, is in line to become the spiritual leader of the Deobandi sect in Britain. The ultra-conservative movement, which gave birth to the Taleban in Afghanistan, now runs more than 600 of Britain’s 1,350 mosques, according to a police report seen by The Times.

Seventeen of Britain’s 26 Islamic seminaries are run by Deobandis and they produce 80 per cent of home-trained Muslim clerics. Many had their studies funded by local education authority grants. The sect, which has significant representation on the Muslim Council of Britain, is at its strongest in the towns and cities of the Midlands and northern England.

They hate the West and love the Taleban.

In its press release on Thursday, the Dutch committee of ex- Muslims said September 11 - the anniversary of the terror attacks on the United States - was chosen symbolically to condemn terror and the intolerance of political Islam.

The European movement of ex-Muslim committees was launched February 2007 by Iranian Mina Ahadi in Germany, followed by Iranian- born Ehsan Jami in the Netherlands.

A school principal in southern Sweden has banned pupils from posing for class photos wearing national team shirts containing Swedish flags.

You may wonder why? Because it's no longer patriotic, it's xenophobic:

Since national flags may be perceived by some as xenophobic, eighth grade pupils in Karlshamn have been ordered to wear less inflammatory garb for a photo to be published in the school yearbook.

The school principals reasoning:

People could begin speculating about "the racists from Karlshamn" once the yearbook began being distributed in the Malmö area.

Malmö is Sweden's third largest city and by far the worst city in Scandinavia when it comes to Muslim aggression. I read recently that an Arab girl interviewed in Malmö said that she liked it so much there, it felt almost like an Arab city. Native Swedes have been moving away from the city for years, turned into refugees in their own country by Jihad, not too different from the non-Muslims in some regions of the Philippines, southern Thailand or Kashmir in India, or for that matter, Christian Serbs in Kosovo.

Worshippers of the Religion of Peace allegedly planned to blow up the U.S and NATO Ramstein Air base in Germany:

BERLIN (AP) - Three suspected Islamic militants were arrested for allegedly plotting ``imminent'' and ``massive'' attacks on the Ramstein Air Base, a major U.S. and NATO military hub, and Frankfurt's busy international airport, German authorities said Wednesday.

German federal prosecutor Monika Harms said the three - two of whom were German converts to Islam - had trained at terror camps in Pakistan and procured some 1,500 pounds of hydrogen peroxide for making explosives. And a top legislator said the group could have struck ``in a few days,'' noting a ``sensitive period'' that includes the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks.

``We were able to succeed in recognizing and preventing the most serious and massive bombings,'' Harms told reporters.

Officials said the hydrogen peroxide, stored in a hideout, could have been mixed with other additives to produce a bomb with the explosive power of 1,200 pounds of TNT.

``This would have enabled them to make bombs with more explosive power than the ones used in the London and Madrid (transit) bombings,'' Joerg Ziercke, the head of Germany's Federal Crime Office, said at a joint press conference with Harms.
